* Recipients Category 1: Public authorities, commercial companies, cooperatives, associations, institutions, foundations and other legal entities, international organizations, international institutions, EU bodies, foreign governments, crafts and family farms (OPG), individuals who receive non-refundable funds, sponsorship funds, donations and assistance based on public calls and/or public tenders from the obligors referred to in Article 2 of the Instructions, and individuals who deliver goods and services to the obligors referred to in Article 2 of the Instructions.
