The new General Technical Conditions for Road Works (OTU 2024) have been in effect since January 1, 2025. The Project Portfolio Management System of Hrvatske ceste (PPM System) for the preparation of bills of quantities and project implementation monitoring has been aligned with OTU 2024.

Work Database and Bill of Quantities
Important!
The Work Database as of April 17, 2025 (ksrdb) (xls) is not applicable for cost estimates prepared according to the new General Technical Requirements for Road works (GTR 2024), which come into effect on January 1, 2025.
Projects that are already in progress, i.e., where activities began before January 1, 2025, will be executed in accordance with the GTR from 2001, particularly the following projects:
- projects for which a location permit has been obtained, and the preparation of main designs is in progress
- projects for which both location and construction permits have been obtained
- projects where the execution of works is underway.
