Open data

Open data is data available in open forms that can be freely used, reused and redistributed for any purpose, without any restrictions or with minimal legal, technical or financial restrictions.

Reuse of information means the use of public authority information by natural or legal persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes different from the original purpose for which the information was created, and which is carried out within the legal framework of a specific scope or work that is usually considered public work. The exchange of information between public authorities for the purpose of performing tasks within their scope of duties shall not be considered reuse of information.
