Before any works or activities can be undertaken within a state road that may result in road damages, any inconvenience or safety risk to road users, and may ultimately lead to increases in road maintenance costs, a permission to carry out such works is required. On behalf of Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. the permission is issued by Technical unit.
