Project description
The project is a continuation of the previous NAPCORE initiative through a new phase of funding under the EU Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). It ensures the ongoing operation and management of the National Access Point Coordination Organisation for Europe (NAPCORE). NAPCORE brings together and coordinates activities previously carried out through European Commission‑funded projects – DATEX II, TN‑ITS and DATA4PT.
The project’s goal is to enable effective cooperation among Member States in the field of mobility data exchange and management, in line with the revised Directive 2010/40/EU on ITS (Article 5, paragraph 3).
A total of 59 European countries and expert organisations are participating in the project. The beneficiaries in the Republic of Croatia are the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. The total eligible costs for Hrvatske ceste amount to EUR 389,785, of which the European Union co‑finances 85%, i.e., EUR 331,317 of eligible costs.
